The DEMAT Promise encapsulates all the aims of our Trust – to provide every child with the highest quality education, help them achieve their full potential and deliver an exceptional learning experience, which encompasses our five core values: Love, Community, Trust, Respect and Ambition.

We are extremely fortunate to have a talented team of staff to deliver this promise.

The Trust is ambitious, dedicated and caring. We want our children to develop an enthusiasm for learning, a curiosity about the world, and a caring attitude towards it – to understand that this is the only world we have and to embrace the responsibility this bestows upon us all.



In addition, we seek to stimulate children so that they have an understanding of their own capacity, the confidence to explore different options, take risks and know that asking for help is not a weakness but all part of learning.As a Diocesan Trust, we nurture our children to care for and develop a sense of responsibility for others.

Above all, we strive to offer an education which is liberating and fun, to enable our pupils to take control of their own lives and to help make the world a better, more human place.

And, we are reminded of John 10, where Jesus says that he “has come that people may have life; and life in all its fullness”.
